Q: Do I need two pads to use the 1:1 Cloud Whiteboard?
A: No. You can use the Cloud Whiteboard with one pad, although we recommend using two pads if you want two people to write on it at the same time.

A: We are sorry. This product is designed for use with devices that have USB ports, so it cannot be used with smartphones or tablet devices. If the browser requirements of your device match, you may be able to view and write on the Cloud Whiteboard.

A: This product only supports wired connection via USB cable, wireless connection is not available.
